Job summary

Qualifications

• Rhode Island RN license required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program with current RI license.
• Maintain SafetyCare and AHA BLS certification and Lead RN training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and behavioral health staff per shift.
• Ensure patient safety and staffing coverage.
• Serve as first-line nursing administrator after hours.
• Coordinate admissions and liaise with Pharmacy, Lab, Medical Supply.
• Respond to pager alerts and enforce hospital policies.
