Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in RI required.
• Experience in acute psychiatric nursing preferred.
• Supervisory and leadership capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and milieu staff; ensure staffing and scheduling.
• Provide clinical support for decision making and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate admissions and off-hours liaison with Pharmacy, Lab, and Medical Supplies.
• Serve as first-line nursing administrator during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
