Job summary

Skyview Rehabilitation and Nursing in Wallingford, CT seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on the night shift, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a compassionate, resident-centered care team.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, coordinate admissions and care plans, and uphold quality with documentation, infection control, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulations.

Skyview Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents through personalized, resident-centered services.

Position Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support. This role serves as a clinical leader and resource for nursing staff while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
