Job summary

Village Crest Center for Health & Rehabilitation in New Milford, CT is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor for a full-time role from 3 PM to 11 PM, Tuesday to Friday. This position involves leading a nursing team to ensure exceptional care for residents, overseeing operations, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards.

RN Supervisor

Schedule: 3p‑11p, Full‑Time
Tue‑Fri (on call required every 5 weeks). Off Sat, Sun, Mon.

Compensation: $7,500 per pay period. Sign‑On Bonus or Relocation Assistance will be considered.

What You’ll Do

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well‑being of our residents. Your responsibilities include overseeing facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards.
• Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
