Job summary

Trinity Hill Care Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff on the unit, with Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm and weekend coverage on a part-time basis. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions.

Responsibilities include directing workflow, prioritizing patient needs, and maintaining high-quality care in a supportive environment. Strong English communication and CT RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• One year of experience in acute care and/or long-term care in a skilled nursing facility preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing, required.
