Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating retention activities for individual nursing students and undergraduate cohorts in collaboration with the leadership team, faculty, and staff.
• Provide support and referrals to foster student retention and success in the nursing program while serving as a central point of contact.
• Reports to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs. Salary and rank are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
