Job summary

Assumption University’s Froelich School of Nursing seeks a Professional Advising Coordinator to support pre-licensure nursing students through general education and early, foundational coursework. The role starts with summer orientation and continues through the first two years, coordinating with nursing faculty, registrar, and student success teams.

You will serve as a liaison, prepare reports, facilitate workshops, assist with prerequisites and scheduling, and use Web-adviser for registration

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and show commitment to university mission.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Advise nursing students and serve as liaison between faculty and students.
