Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Three years of academic counseling or advising experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience.
• Budget management, leadership, organization, and strong communication skills.
• Five years of collegiate advising experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational needs for advising services in the School of Nursing.
• Develop and support initiatives to enhance nursing-specific orientations, registration, and academic progress.
• Manage an advising caseload focused on graduate and undergraduate nursing students.
• Assist the Director in leading initiatives to improve advising services and provide personalized student guidance.
