Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure adequate staffing of the facility nursing department in alignment with budget and census. You will help hire and train staff, develop schedules, and prepare reports on employee operations while supporting payroll processes.

The role requires handling leave requests, time-keeping, and occasionally filling shifts; you will work with other personnel to maintain patient care standards and compliance with regulations.

Formación

• Minimum one year of nursing aide or related clerical experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work with staff and residents

Responsabilidades

• Develop work schedules and allocate staff to different duties and shifts
• Assist in hiring and training both new and existing employees
• Prepare and submit reports related to employee operations
• Handle leave requests and general time-keeping
• Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee settlements
• May be asked to fill shifts as necessary

Educación
