Responsibilities

• Establishes staffing patterns and schedules for nurses and nursing assistants.
• Collaborates with HR/recruiting on staffing needs, terminations, and information for workflow.
• Maintains scheduling system for bi-weekly payroll.
• Assists employees with scheduling forms, timecards, leave paperwork.
• Secures staff for absences and adjusts schedules accordingly.
• Maintains vacation, sick leave, and holiday records; recommends actions.
• Documents staffing calls and reports to supervisor.
• Acts as a backup for Staff Coordinator role.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
