Warrenton Manor in Wright City, Missouri is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our nursing team. You will support the DON with all scheduling needs and coordinate staffing across shifts.

Responsibilities include creating schedules for all areas of the nursing department, collaborating with the nursing team, and filling open shifts with current staff using creative methods. Candidates with CNA or nursing assistant experience preferred and excellent communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Recent Staffing Coordinator experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Must be able to schedule for all areas of the nursing department.
• Must be detail oriented, computer literate and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON with all scheduling needs and work directly with them.
• Create and manage schedules for all areas of the nursing department.
• Fill open positions on the schedule with current staff through creative methods.
• Collaborate with the entire nursing team.
