Qualifications

• Prior staff scheduling experience required.
• Current CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the master staffing schedule created by the DON or designee.
• Maintain coordination with DON to ensure accurate nursing schedule.
• Prepare daily staffing sheets with ongoing revisions.
• Adhere to center policies and use agency/in-house staff pools as needed.
• List vacant nursing positions for DON weekly.
• Handle attendance and paid time off duties for nursing staff.
• Perform general administrative staffing tasks as assigned.
• Comply with departmental, center, and corporate policies and quality standards.
