Job summary

Adventist Health Roseville is seeking a per diem Staffing Coordinator to ensure proper nursing unit staffing daily. The role focuses on filling shifts with internal staff and external agencies, and logging census, acuity and scheduling data to generate reports.

You will maintain master schedules, coordinate with bed control, manage contact information and staff qualifications, process leave requests and input data into the payroll system while supporting a respectful team culture and smooth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates and updates daily staffing sheets and master schedules.
• Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed.
• Maintains employee contact information and staff qualifications list.
• Processes leave requests and inputs data into payroll system.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
