Fundamental Staffing Coordinator position responsible for aligning staffing for a defined resident population within the nursing department. You will develop a master schedule and ensure staffing meets budgeted hours per patient day while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, coordinating with HR/Payroll for time records, and updating the schedule as needs change. Requires a High School Diploma, knowledge of staffing, and Kronos experience preferred in a

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of staffing and orientation schedules.
• Kronos experience strongly preferred.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the staffing needs of the facility for a defined resident/patient population and time frame and maintaining accurate records related to the staffing of the nursing department.
• Creates a master schedule, adequately staffs the facility’s nursing units according to budgeted hours per patient day and budgeted staffing ratio.
• Makes the daily schedules for the nursing department and coordinating with the HR/Payroll coordinator to ensure that appropriate time records are kept.
• Updates schedule daily as needed.
