Job summary

Touchstone Communities in Texas is seeking an experienced Workforce/Staffing Coordinator to optimize schedules for clinical staff, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will revise schedules and hiring templates, fill shifts quickly by coordinating with PRN staff, and manage OnShift postings.

The role requires 1 year of staffing experience in a skilled nursing setting and an active Texas LVN or Compact State LVN/LPN license.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of staffing/labor management experience in a skilled nursing community.
Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
Must be available for on-call rotation (weekends and holidays as needed).
Experience with OnShift scheduling software is a big plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Own the scheduling process for clinical staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Revise and review clinical schedules and hiring templates to keep operations running smoothly.
Fill open shifts quickly by coordinating with PRN team members and managing call-ins or staffing fluctuations.
Maintain and post daily/monthly schedules in OnShift (experience preferred).
Partner with leadership to ensure staffing ratios meet quality care standards.
