Job summary

Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a new state-of-the-art facility that operates as a joint venture with Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services. We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to keep units fully staffed and support exceptional patient care.

The role involves managing the master scheduling software, adjusting staffing levels for census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School required, Associates preferred.
• Experience: 3 years in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
• Staff Scheduling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep hospital units fully staffed to support patient care.
• Manage the master scheduling software system and adjust staffing based on census fluctuations.
• Account for call-ins and planned leaves to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Be a key contributor in the Nursing Management Team and report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
