Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time clinical experience.
• Minimum two years of nursing education or simulation support experience.
• Current competency in RN and/or LPN clinical practice.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operations of nursing simulation and skills labs.
• Facilitate simulation sessions and provide individualized coaching.
• Partner with faculty to ensure alignment of simulation and course outcomes.
