Qualifications

• Criminal background check completed successfully.
• Current clinical nursing knowledge and ongoing competency.
• Classroom and clinical academia experience.
• Minimum of three years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication; good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate simulation scenarios and learning activities for NUR courses.
• Collaborate with nursing faculty, staff, and lab users to support learning objectives.
• Supervise students in the simulation lab and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Support development of program philosophy, objectives, curriculum, and regulatory standards adherence.
