Qualifications

• Two years of college with 16 semester units in courses involving extensive use of materials, supplies, or equipment and in a discipline related to the area to which assigned may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
• Proficiency using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience ordering, maintaining and/or managing medical and healthcare-related supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Maintain and troubleshoot simulation equipment and lab technologies while supporting effective, hands-on learning experiences.
• Lab & Program Operations: Coordinate, schedule, and oversee daily lab and simulation operations to ensure safe, secure, and efficient environments.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage purchasing processes, vendor relationships, and equipment selection aligned with program needs and budget.
• Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee inventory systems, equipment tracking, and supply levels to ensure continuous lab readiness.
• Logistics Organization: Coordinate receiving, shipping, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance for lab operations.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative, reporting, and project support to sustain program operations and decision-making.
