Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (health sciences, allied health, education).
• Two+ years in healthcare, simulation, or technical operations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and software.
• Strong organization to manage multiple schedules and records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, operate, and teardown manikins for simulations.
• Build out simulation scenarios using faculty-provided content.
• Operate the audiovisual system and record sessions for debriefing.
• Serve as simulation operator during live sessions.
• Prepare, stock, and reset skills lab stations.
• Maintain lab inventory and track budgets.
• Maintain lab safety and infection control.
• Manage lab scheduling and access.
