Job summary

This full-time role provides technical, operational and administrative support for learning spaces and interdisciplinary experiences.

The Coordinator reports to the nursing supervisor and faculty, does not provide nursing care or evaluation, and ensures rooms are equipped, safe, and ready for scheduled activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a field related to simulation, healthcare tech, IT, or education tech.
• Minimum two years in simulation or laboratory operations or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee simulation laboratory operations and provide technical support.
• Coordinate scheduling, course activities, and interdisciplinary learning events.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure safety, readiness, and compliance of laboratory environments.
• Support program and faculty with simulations, technology, and system administration.
