Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a Nurse Educator to develop and evaluate nursing staff education programs. You will design evidence-based interventions, supervise unit educators, and drive ongoing learning across the spectrum of patient care.

Qualifications

• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical RN experience required.
• RN license or NP licensure in state required.
• Master's program enrollment within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develops a systematic education plan for nursing staff development.
• Designs interventions based on literature and research findings.
• Supervises unit educators and participates in annual performance reviews.
• Assesses learning styles and creates educational programs based on population needs.
• Conducts annual education needs assessment and makes prioritization recommendations.
