• Designs educational activities to address practice gaps with an NPD Specialist.
• Applies adult learning principles to planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of educational activities.
• Collaborates with leadership to meet site and nursing department education needs.
• Evaluates program impact on learners, resources, and patient outcomes with adjustments as needed.
