Chamberlain University in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Academic Support & Simulation Specialist to help nursing students succeed academically and on the NCLEX-RN exam. You will partner with academic leadership, faculty, and staff to provide targeted coaching and remediation plans—for students’ academic and clinical development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• BLS CPR certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• At least 2 years of bedside nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning styles and design remediation plans for students.
• Provide tutoring and academic coaching one-on-one or in groups.
• Coordinate campus simulation lab operations for 300–350 learners.
• Develop high-fidelity simulation scenarios aligned to curriculum.
• Collaborate with faculty and leadership; document student progress.
• Support evening and weekend schedules.
