Qualifications

• RN license preferred or clinical healthcare credential.
• Experience with high-fidelity simulation equipment (Laerdal, Gaumard, etc.).
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in nursing education or clinical instruction.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-fidelity manikins and simulation technology.
• Set up, run, and break down simulation scenarios with faculty.
• Manage simulation lab scheduling, inventory, and readiness.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV and simulation systems.
• Support faculty in scenario development and debriefing preparation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and academic standards.
• Document simulation activities and learner participation.
• Train faculty and staff on use of simulation equipment.
