Job summary
Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Simulation Specialist to support immersive learning for nursing students. This on-site role operates and maintains high-fidelity manikins, simulation technology, and AV systems to deliver realistic clinical scenarios.

Qualifications
- RN license preferred or clinical healthcare credential.
- Experience with high-fidelity simulation equipment (Laerdal, Gaumard, etc.).
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Experience in nursing education or clinical instruction.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-fidelity manikins and simulation technology.
- Set up, run, and break down simulation scenarios with faculty.
- Manage simulation lab scheduling, inventory, and readiness.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV and simulation systems.
- Support faculty in scenario development and debriefing preparation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and academic standards.
- Document simulation activities and learner participation.
- Train faculty and staff on use of simulation equipment.
