Job summary
Chamberlain University in Chicago is seeking a Student Learning Specialist to partner with faculty, academic leaders, and students to deliver meaningful academic support and hands-on clinical learning experiences.
You will provide individualized coaching, tutoring, remediation, and contribute to simulation and lab experiences that prepare students for professional nursing practice, NCLEX readiness, and experiential learning.
Qualifications
- BSN in Nursing required and RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- BLS/CPR Instructor certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise simulation-based experiences and labs.
- Develop realistic simulation scenarios using high-fidelity simulators.
- Ensure labs align with course objectives and assess competency.
- Staff labs and oversee student practice and remediation.
- Partner with faculty and staff to support student learning.
