Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an Clinical Assistant Manager to advocate for efficient, safe and compassionate nursing care. You will assist with personnel management, budgeting, strategic planning and compliance across the unit to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading PI initiatives, coordinating staff development, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards while fostering professional autonomy and shared decision-making among the nursing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing, healthcare systems, and organizational processes.
• Experience with performance improvement theory and application.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (JCAHO/Joint Commission).

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI Plan initiatives with Clinical Manager to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and staff development to ensure safe care delivery.
• Support nurses with performance evaluations and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure patient satisfaction and throughput.
