Priority Management is recruiting for a Nursing Supervisor in a Ridgecrest/ Waco area facility. The role leads the nursing services team, ensures regulatory compliance and coordinates care plans with interdisciplinary staff.

The candidate must hold a nursing degree (RN or LVN) and have supervision experience in a skilled nursing setting, with knowledge of MDS/RAI processes and federal/state requirements. This is an on-site opportunity with the facility’s leadership team.

Competenze

• Required: Nursing degree (RN or LVN) from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care facility.
• Six months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Current unencumbered RN or LVN license in Texas.
• Ability to work with interprofessional teams and comply with regulations.

Mansioni

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning and directing day-to-day nursing services.
• Develop and implement the nursing services organizational structure.
• Schedule and conduct resident assessments with MDS/RAI coordinator.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
