Priority Management is seeking a Nursing Supervisor RN/LVN for Windmill Village Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lubbock, TX. The role focuses on planning, directing and coordinating day-to-day nursing services to ensure optimal resident care.

The position requires supervisory experience in a nursing facility, a Texas RN or LVN license, and familiarity with MDS/RAI processes and regulatory guidelines. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN nursing degree required and active Texas license.
• Two years of supervisor experience in a nursing facility.
• Six months experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing and directing daily nursing services.
• Coordinate with the MDS/RAI Coordinator for resident assessments.
• Allocate resources to ensure residents' physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
• Collaborate with physicians, consultants and government/advocacy groups.
• Develop and update nursing policies, procedures and discharge plans.
• Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations and requirements of participation.
