Job summary

The ADNS will lead, coach, and mentor nursing staff, uphold C.A.R.E. values, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations while promoting a compassionate, patient-centered atmosphere for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional nursing standards.
• Collaborates with the Director of Nursing Services to develop, communicate, and maintain nursing policies and procedures reflecting current clinical practice and facility philosophy of care.
• Leads and mentors clinical staff to sustain high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
