Job summary

Fort Wayne Health Care Campus is seeking an experienced RN leader to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to support our clinical team, strengthen resident care, and foster an environment where staff can succeed.

In this full-time role, you’ll provide clinical leadership, guide nursing employees, ensure safe, compassionate, high-quality care, and monitor practices and documentation to respond to resident changes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading nursing teams in a care setting.
• Ability to guide clinical operations and staff development.
• Strong collaboration with leadership to improve resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily operation of the nursing department.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing employees.
