Coventry Meadows Assisted Living in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS). An RN or LPN must lead resident care and mentor staff to maintain high standards.

In coordination with the Director of Nursing Services, the ADNS develops, communicates, and maintains nursing policies and procedures reflecting current clinical practice, professional standards, and the company philosophy of care in line with federal and state laws and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsabilités

• Assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the provision of resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice.
