American Senior Communities in New Castle, IN seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a leadership role as Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS). You will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee resident care, develop and enforce nursing policies, and promote clinical excellence with CARE values.

The position emphasizes staff development, regulatory compliance, and compassionate service. Indiana RN licensure is required, with eligibility for our Indiana facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee resident care according to professional standards of nursing practice.
• Develop, communicate, and maintain nursing policies reflecting current clinical practice and standards.
