The Commons on Meridian Assisted Living in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADNS) to oversee resident care in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. The role emphasizes adherence to professional standards, development of nursing policies, and maintaining CARE values.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.

Responsibilities

Assumes delegated responsibility for resident care according to professional standards.
In coordination with the Director of Nursing Services, develops and maintains nursing policies and procedures reflecting current clinical practice and corporate policies.
