American Senior Communities in Fort Wayne is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee resident care and nursing operations within Coventry Meadows Assisted Living. The ADNS collaborates with the Director of Nursing, develops policies, and ensures compliance with state and federal standards.

You will lead licensed staff, mentor nurses, and maintain a compassionate, excellence-driven CARE culture. Indiana RN or LPN license required; this role offers full-time benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.
