Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network is seeking an Clinical Assistant Manager to lead nursing teams and optimize patient care delivery on the unit. You will oversee staffing, performance evaluations, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with the Clinical Manager.

You will promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and professional development through structured processes, education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN preferred and eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities with nursing staff.
• Experience with performance improvement and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients and families in a leadership role.
• Assist in staff development, evaluations and accountability.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager on budget, staffing and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in leadership meetings and quality improvement activities.
• Coordinate nursing care and ensure patient throughput on a daily basis.
