Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI plan initiatives and improve outcomes.
• Lead staff evaluations, discipline when needed, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate to ensure patient satisfaction targets are met.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in leadership meetings and support staff development.
