Job summary

Qualified candidates have a RN license in the state, BSN preferred, and will pursue specialty certifications within six months.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Certification in specialty area within 6 months of eligibility.
• BLS certification required prior to patient contact.
• Minimum of two years in clinical nursing practice; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with Clinical Manager on administrative leadership and staffing.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing schedules, budgets, and PI initiatives to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure smooth patient throughput.
• Provide performance evaluations and staff development opportunities.
• Lead councils, task forces, and special projects as needed.
• Promote a culture of accountability, ethics, and professional excellence.
