Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks an Clinical Assistant Manager to lead nursing teams, align resources, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will collaborate with the Clinical Manager on PI initiatives, staff development, and regulatory compliance while fostering professional autonomy and shared decision-making.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure, a BSN (preferred), and at least two years of clinical nursing practice with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years in clinical nursing practice; leadership experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment; BLS certification required prior to patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Assists in development of PI Plan initiatives with Clinical Manager to improve outcomes.
• Provides feedback, counseling, and discipline to staff as appropriate and conducts evaluations.
• Supports staff with performance evaluations and participation in councils, task forces, and quality projects.
• Collaborates with Clinical Manager to ensure patient satisfaction targets and regulatory standards are met.
