The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience in long-term care, a compassionate approach, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while motivating a team.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support regulatory compliance for Medicare/Medicaid requirements.
• Ensure staff orientation and ongoing in-service training.
• Maintain open communication with residents and families about care.
• Oversee nursing procedures, provide feedback, and support performance reviews.
• Stay updated on regulations and adjust practice standards accordingly.
• Collaborate on infection control and antibiotic stewardship initiatives.
• Coordinate information flow for discharge planning with providers and staff.
• Participate in on-call/weekend RN coverage rotations.
