Pineville Rehabilitation and Living Center in Pineville, NC is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and ensure exceptional resident care. You will oversee nursing operations, drive staff development, and maintain survey readiness while upholding regulatory standards.

The DON will mentor Unit Managers, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, manage staffing and quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve outstanding resident

Competenze

• Licensed RN with active, unrestricted NC license.
• Experience in DON or senior nursing leadership roles.
• Long-term care or SNF experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all nursing services within the facility

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage clinical operations, and drive quality outcomes
