Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation in Pinehurst, NC seeks a Rehab Director to lead and oversee our rehabilitation department within a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility.

You will manage physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, develop individualized plans, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor quality and outcomes, and collaborate with other professionals to maximize resident care.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech therapist.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation and complex medical conditions.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation best practices and evidence‑based treatment approaches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation department operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Supervise therapy staff and provide clinical guidance.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for residents.
• Monitor progress, document findings, and ensure evidence-based care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance across rehabilitation services.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and social workers to coordinate care.
