Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks an experienced Nursing Services Administrator to oversee resident care, ensure adherence to physician orders, and maintain quality standards. You will supervise the Nursing Department, coordinate the nursing process, and step in for center operations when the Administrator is absent.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and supervisory experience. You will drive policy interpretation, staff coordination, and strong collaboration with physicians

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total resident care plans in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff and oversee care practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visit prospective residents.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident status and census.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
