Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license required.
• DNS, ADON, or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care preferred.
• Strong MDS knowledge strongly preferred.
• Solid regulatory and survey experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations, staff, and resident care.
• Maintain and improve 5-Star Quality Measures and survey readiness.
• Drive accurate MDS processes and collaborate with MDS team on reimbursement and quality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain nursing staff.
• Collaborate with Administrator and IDT as a key leadership team member.
