Director of Nursing Services (DNS) - South Creek | Centralia, WA
$140,000 – $160,000/year (based on experience)

What you’ll do

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations, staff, and resident care
• Maintain and build on our 5-Star Quality Measures and survey readiness
• Drive accurate MDS processes and partner closely with the MDS team on reimbursement and quality
• Recruit, develop, and retain nursing staff
• Work alongside the Administrator and IDT as a key member of the leadership team

What you bring

• Active Washington RN license
