Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a qualified nurse to assist the Nursing Unit Director in the overall management of clinical and administrative activities within the designated unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, BLS, PA RN license (or Multi-State Compact), and applicable certifications (ACLS, PALS, Trauma, Perianesthesia). Experience in the unit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• PA Registered Nurse License required.
• ACLS, PALS and Perianesthesia/Critical Care certifications as applicable per department.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Nursing Unit Director in the overall management of the clinical and administrative activities of the designated unit.
• Helps ensure patients receive quality care and supports department operations.
