This leadership role covers staffing, budget control, staff development, performance improvement, and HR management, with national certification in nursing or related specialty preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field is preferred.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 2 years RN experience in a clinical specialty area is required.
• 1 year experience in a clinical leadership role is preferred.
• Basic Life Support is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing care on a unit and ensure service excellence.
• Develop evidence-based policies, procedures, and work processes to ensure quality patient care.
• Responsible for staffing, budget control, and expense management.
• Provide staff development, education, and performance improvement guidance.
• Supervise, evaluate, and counsel nursing staff; HR management responsibilities.
