Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH, seeks an Clinical Assistant Manager to lead nursing teams and optimize care delivery on the unit. You will assist with personnel, budgeting, strategic planning and Regulatory compliance under the Clinical Manager's guidance.

Requirements include a BSN preference, at least 2 years of clinical nursing practice and 1 year in a leadership role, with BLS certification prior to patient contact. Commitment to quality and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. BSN is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years in clinical nursing practice; one (1) year leadership or charge role preferred.
• Certification in area of specialty is required within 6 months of eligibility.
• BLS certification is required prior to patient contact.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and allocate resources to promote efficient, effective, safe and compassionate nursing care.
• Assist with management of personnel, budget, strategic planning and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to ensure patient satisfaction targets are achieved and maintained.
• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to performance improvement activities.
