Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network seeks an Clinical Assistant Manager to lead nursing teams, allocate resources, and ensure safe and high-quality patient care. The role collaborates with the Clinical Manager on performance improvement, staff evaluations, and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates hold RN licensure in Ohio with BSN preferred, plus at least two years in clinical nursing and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of employment is required.
• BSN degree strongly preferred.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience with leadership or charge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of PI Plan initiatives with Clinical Manager.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and disciplinary input for staff as appropriate.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations as defined by HR.
• Support staff through peer review processes and gather input from staff.
• Ensure staff competencies and unit educator collaboration for ongoing education.
• Participate in staff and leadership meetings and hospital activities.
• Promote patient satisfaction targets and maintain effective care delivery.
